As first noticed by The Loop, Reddit user Nucleam has shared an archive of the differing wallpapers Apple has offered for their macOS and iOS devices over the years.
The Loop’s Dave Mark:
This is a wonderful collection, a trip back in time, and a solid community resource.
The collection consists of two separate Google Photo albums one each for iOS and macOS. The images stretch back over multiple years.
The iOS collection includes wallpapers from iOS 3 and later, while the macOS archive contains wallpaper from as far back as System 7.
The collections also include images from Apple’s special events, Worldwide Developer Conferences, advertisements, and much more.
This is a heckuva collection, and should prove of great interest and entertainment to any iOS or macOS user or fan.
