‘Chirp for Twitter’ Brings Twitter Functionality Back to the Apple Watch

Last year, Twitter killed its Apple Watch app, leaving Apple Watch owners with no way to browse the short messaging social network from their wrist. Now, a developer has released “Chirp” a new Watch app that brings Twitter back to the wrist.

Chirp for Twitter is the best way to use Twitter on your Apple Watch.

You can browse your timeline, like and retweet things, and even post your own tweets.

Catch up on the latest trends in “Trending”, or search for your favourite hashtag.

Chirp lets you see quotes, pictures, hashtags, mentions, and so much more.

Chirp brings core Twitter functionality to the Apple Watch, allowing users to view their timeline, post tweets, like tweets, retweet, and more. The app offers trending support, allowing users to track the latest trending topics. The app also supports search functionality, image support, and more.

The app comes from developer Will Bishop, who previously released Nano, which brought Reddit to the Watch.

Chirp is a free download, available form the App Store, to unlock “pro” features of the app, users can make use of a “tipping” in-app purchase system, which allows them to select how much they wish to pay to unlock additional features and functionality. [GET IT HERE]
