Apple has added a new AirPlay 2 section to their HomeKit website, which is where the Cupertino firm provides information about available smart home products and accessories that are available for use with HomeKit.
The new section list all of the upcoming speakers and receivers that will offer AirPlay 2 support now that the new protocol is available. Currently the only device on the list that actually has support available is Apple’s own HomePod smart speaker.
The manufacturers included on the list is limited to those that have already announced AirPlay 2 support. The list is expected to grow as more companies announce AirPlay 2 support.
