Good news if you were hoping to see an iPhone X under the tree this holiday season, as iPhone X orders are now shipping in 2 to 3 weeks in the United States and Canada. That’s down from the 3 to 4 week wait that was previously listed in the Apple Retail Store.
In addition to shipping estimates improving in the U.S. and Canada, shipping times have also improved across Europe and the Asia Pacific. Apple has also been sending out iPhone X pre-orders faster than expected, with customers who had a late November or December shipping estimate either receiving their devices or being notified that they’re on the way.
Apple retail stores are also now receiving regular shipments of the in-demand handset, and stock checks using tools like iStockNow showing improved in-store availability. (At least on the east coast of the U.S., the western part of the country is definitely lacking in in-store pick-up options.
Users looking to snag an iPhone X can check the iStockNow and Apple websites each morning to view availability for Apple’s flagship handset.
The iPhone X was in short supply upon its release, with pre-orders selling out within minutes. Apple has stepped up production, in an effort to meet demand.
