Apple’s annual extended holiday return policy will kickoff on November 25 in the United States. Most products purchased between that date and December 25, 2017 will be eligible for return until January 8, 2018. Other countries will likely see a similar return period extension.
Apple products eligible for the extended return period include iPhones, iPads, Mac, Apple Watches, and Apple TVs. Apple or iTunes gift cards cannot be returned. Eligible products can be opened and used prior to the extended return date, and must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
Gift givers are recommended to ask for both email and printed versions of your receipt. Both versions of a receipt will indicate the final return date for the purchases. Users can also find the return cutoff date on theĀ “Your Account” section on the Apple website.
Apple’s standard return period is within 14-days after purchases, and applies up to November 25 and and after December 25.
