Apple on Friday seeded the fifth beta of the upcoming iOS 10.2 operating system update to developers and public beta testers, a mere four days after the release of the fourth beta version of the new OS. The short time between releases could mean the update is almost ready for release to the general public.
Today’s fifth iOS 10.2 beta seed – build 14C89 – will soon be available as an over-the-air update to developers who have the beta configuration profile installed on their iOS devices. Or, it can immediately be downloaded from the Apple Developer Center. A public beta will likely be available for public beta testers soon.
