If you’re a QuickBooks Online user, you’ll be glad to know Intuit’s financial solution has added another way for customers to pay you your deserved fees. The online service has activated Apple Pay on the Web.
Intuit claims that small businesses who do not use an online payment offering [take] 28 days to get paid, and 64 percent of small businesses have invoices that go unpaid 60 days or more. Services like Apple Pay are said to reduce payment times by 15 days on the average.
The new feature will be enabled for all future invoices created by registered users. Unfortunately, users of other versions of QuickBooks will have to wait to take advantage of the Apple Pay feature, as it isn’t available for them as yet.
When users go to pay an invoice in QuickBooks Online, they’ll have the option of pressing the Apple Pay button at checkout, and will authorize the payment using Touch ID on their iPhone, or via their Apple Watch.
