The latest entry in a continuing series of critical Flash vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to take complete control of a user’s Mac, Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS computer.
Adobe has released security updates for Adobe Flash Player for Windows, Macintosh, Linux and ChromeOS. These updates address critical vulnerabilities that could potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.
By now, you should know the routine. Check your current version of Flash here. If doesn’t show as 23.0.0.185, upgrade it immediately here.
Of course you could always just disable the Flash plug-in for whichever browser you use. But, there’s always that one porn site website, that you love and visit almost hourly, that refuses to update its video content to HTML5, so…
