The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus hit the second wave of countries today, with over 25 new countries around the world getting their first taste of the new handsets. Today’s secondary launch brings the number of countries that have access to the new handsets to over 55.
The iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus are now available in the following locales: Andorra, Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
The iPhone 7/7 Plus is expected to launch in India very soon, with an October 7 launch date in the works. Supply is expected to be tight in the new countries, just as it was for the initial rollout in the United States. Supply continues to be constrained in the U.S., with wait time of up to five weeks for the more popular models, such as the Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus.
The Apple Watch Series 1, Series 2, and Apple Watch Edition are also launching in new countries as well, including Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, El Salvador, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Jersey, Kuwait, Macau, Monaco, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia and the US Virgin Islands.
Apple Watch Series 2 Hermès models are debuting today in Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macau, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, the UK and the US.
