XwaveSoft has released their new Focus Matrix 1.0 smart task organizer application for Mac OS X. The new app is based on the famous “Eisenhower Box” productivity strategy, developed by the 34th President of the United States, Dwight Eisenhower. Using the Eisenhower Box method, Focus Matrix breaks tasks into one of four groups: “Important & Urgent,” “Important & Not Urgent,” “Not Important & Urgent,” and “Not Important & Not Urgent.” The color-coded four-square matrix layout of the app offers users a quick snapshot showing which tasks need to be completed immediately, and which can be pushed back until later, or safely delegated to someone else.
The app allows users to quickly focus on the tasks at hand, and which tasks need to be immediately addressed, and which can be delayed until later, or handed off to another person. The color coded four-square matrix offers a quick look at all tasks, and their importance.
