Apple on Tuesday seeded the first beta of iOS 9.3.3 to its public beta testers. The release came one day after the first beta was released to developers for testing.
Beta testers who are enrolled in Apple’s beta testing program will receive the iOS 9.3.3 update over-the-air after installing the required certificate on their iOS device. (And if you’re a beta tester, you’ll know what that means.)
At this point, we’re not sure what changes iOS 9.3.3 brings to iOS devices. However, as a 9.X.X update the changes are likely to be under the hood performance and bug fixes.
Of note: as mentioned by MacRumors, there is no iOS 9.3.3 update for the 9.7-inch iPad Pro, suggesting the beta doesn’t fix the bricking issues that have plagued some Pro owners following the public release of iOS 9.3.2. Apple pulled that update for the 9.7-inch iPad Pro, and has yet to re-release it, or announce a fix for the issues.
