It seems several Apple Music subscribers are currently having issues with the app when searching for new music in the Music app on their iOS devices.
Many users are reporting that typing a search query into the Apple Music search bar fails to return results, while others are receiving results but seeing a blank screen when tapping the track or artist name for further information.
The problem is currently trending on Twitter and in Apple Support Communities discussions. The issue, while global in nature, seems to be restricted to iOS devices, as Mac users report being unable to duplicate the issue in iTunes on their machines.
It is believed the issue is with Apple’s servers, and it appears to have begun early this morning. We’ll keep you posted.
