Apple on Tuesday released OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan to the public, marking the second update to the new Mac operating system since its release in late September.
OS X 10.11.2 can be downloaded via the “Update” tab in the Mac App Store. It is currently rolling out, and should appear in the Mac App Store for users who already have an earlier version of OS X El Capitan installed on their Mac.
OS X 10.11.2 doesn’t contain any visible changes, instead it is an under-the-hood mixture of performance enhancements and bug fixes.
