Apple on Tuesday seeded the first beta of tvOS 9.1 to developers. The beta will result in the first update to tvOS 9.0, the operating system for the new fourth-generation Apple TV.
The beta – build 13U5061d – is available for download from the Apple Developer Center. Installing the update requires connecting the Apple TV via an USB-C cable to a Mac or PC running iTunes.
No word on what the new tvOS beta will bring, but as soon as we hear what it includes, we’ll update this post.
