Bloomberg announced on Monday that Apple’s SVP of Retail and Online Stores, Angela Ahrendts will appear at their third annual “The Year Ahead” business summit next week.
Ahrendts will appear on November 10, at Park Hyatt. She is expected to discuss Apple’s evolving retail strategy. Michael Bloomberg will kick off the two day event on Monday, November 9.
Ahrendts joined Apple in 2014, after the Cupertino firm lured her away from her chief executive position at fashion company Burberry. During her tenure at Apple she has overseen the release of the Apple Watch, spearheading changes in the Apple stores to better support the new wearable device.
Also appearing at the Bloomberg conference will be Bank of America Chairman and CEO Brian Moynihan; Credit Suisse CEO Tidjane Thiam; BBG Ventures President Susan Lyne; United Therapeutics Chairman and Co-CEO Martine Rothblatt; and Jet.com Founder and CEO Marc Lore.
