Apple on Tuesday seeded the fifth beta of OS X 10.10.4 to both registered developers and public beta testers. The new beta comes just two weeks after the fourth beta of OS C 10.10.4 was released.
Beta five, build 14E33b, can downloaded via the “Update” tab in the Mac App Store or via download in the Mac Developer Center.
Apple is asking testers to concentrate on testing the following areas: Photos, Migration, and Arabic and Hebrew languages.
While OS X 10.10.3 brought a number of noticeable changes, including the Photos for OS X app, OS X 10.10.4 has so far proven to be more of an under-the-hood performance and bug fix update.
With five betas of OS X 10.10.4 under tester’s belts, we can likely assume a public release of the update is in the near future, however Apple has not announced an official release date as yet.
