Apple on Thursday began updating the way Apple Watch screenshots are displayed in the iOS App Store. Previously, Watch screenshots were normal, sharp-cornered screenshots. Now, they are displayed with rounded corners and a black border, for a much more appealing display.
As 9to5Mac notes, the new screenshots appear much closer to how they actually look on the Apple Watch itself. The new screenshots are on display in the iOS version of the App Store, while the desktop versions, in iTunes, and on App Store webpages, still displays the shots with the sharp corners.
You may not immediately see the change, as it appears to still be rolling out to devices. We haven’t seen the change on our devices as yet.
