I seldom used a wristwatch after my purchase of the original iPhone, however I grabbed a Pebble smartwatch around a year and a half ago, and now it seldom leaves my wrist.
While the Pebble may not be quite as sexy as some of the other smartwatches on the market (no touch or color screen, for example), it does run for multiple days before it needs charging, and it has a number of useful apps and watchfaces already available for it.
