TipEasy App Allows Apple Pay Users to Send Payments to Anyone

A new app hopes to become a sort of PayPal for Apple Pay. The TipEasy app allows Apple Pay users to send money to anyone, even if they aren’t set up to take Apple Pay.

From the TipEasy App Store page

Tip Easy connects ladies and gentlemen who wish to send a cashless tip or pay a service fee with those individuals who provide amazing service. Users can quickly signup through the app or website. The app is built to protect financial information.

It is beautifully designed to open the application and quickly find who to tip or pay a service fee. Additionally, you can search for a specific person or group to send a tip after the interaction.

Individuals or companies can easily signup to receive tips and service fee through the website.

Tip Easy is meant to inspire appreciation for the little things and make rewarding good service a pleasure.

BGR reports that this allows you to pay anyone, regardless of whether or not the recipient accepts Apple Pay, and since all of your payment info is already setup in Apple Pay – unlike PayPal or other payment solutions – TipEasy doesn’t get any of your credit card or debit card info.

The app does allow you to enter a credit or debit card to make payments from if you prefer. When “tipping” someone, you will be able to select if you’d like to make a payment from Apple Pay, or another source.

The recipient will need an iOS or Android device to receive the money you send, and they will need to be signed up with the service. Also, be aware that TipEasy does wet its beak to the tune of 1% for each amount transferred.

TipEasy is available FREE for iOS devices in the App Store [DIRECT LINK]

The TipEasy app is also available for Android devices. (No Apple Pay option, of course.)
