The company’s apps now include a tab dedicated to social media support. It allows users to surface urgent tweets in a custom stream so they can spot customers’ questions and respond quickly.
Users can covert tweets directly to support tickets, and assign the correct team to see to the resolution of the issue, all from within the app. Support agents can also access prior interactions via email, phone, and chat to better understand the customer.
