Apple Releases Second Beta Seed of iOS 8.2 to Developers

Apple has released the second beta seed of iOS 8.2 to developers today. The release comes approximately three weeks after the first beta.

The beta, build 12D445d, is available to developers as an over-the-air update for iOS devices already running the first beta, and it can also be downloaded via the iOS Developer Center.

Apple also released Xcode 6.2 Beta 2 with WatchKit.

The release notes say the iOS 8.2 beta 2 includes fixes for keyboards that may not appear in Safari, Maps, or third-party apps in iOS Simulator, and well as adding Siri support for Singapore English.

Several WatchKit fixes are included as well, with a fix for a bug that caused notifications to fail to open an app, as well as a fix for an issue that caused WatchKit apps to stop working in the iOS 8 simulator.
