Apple will be providing a live stream of its October 16 event, via the Apple website. The event will also likely be streamed via a dedicated channel on the Apple TV. We’ll let you know when that is confirmed.
Invitations for the 10AM Pacific Time October 16 event went out earlier this week, and the invitation included the tagline “It’s been way too long.”
Apple is expected to use the event to introduce an update iPad Air, and possibly a new model of the Retina iPad mini. Updated iMacs, including a 27-inch model sporting a Retina Display, are also expected to make an appearance. Updated Mac minis are also rumored to be shown, although that may just be wishful thinking on everyone’s part.
MacTrast will be providing coverage of the event as it happens, both via Twitter, and here on the MacTrast website.
