Refurbished models of Apple’s 2013 made-in-America Mac Pro computers are now available in the online Apple Store. Prices for the refurbished versions of Apple’s top-of-the-line desktop powerhouse run from $2,549 for a Refurbished Mac Pro 3.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5, all the way up to $7,479 for a Refurbished Mac Pro 2.7GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon E5.
The Mac Pro normally starts at a base price of $2,999, but the refurbished model knocks $450 off that price.
Products sold in Apple’s refurbished store all carry the same 1-year warranty as Apple’s brand new products, and users can also purchase an extended AppleCare 3-year warranty on the refurbished Mac Pros, just like the new models.
Refurbished Mac Pros cannot be purchased in-store, however, they can go ship-to-store, or be delivered right to your front door.
If you’re looking for a Mac Pro, but have hesitated paying full price, this is your chance. But you’d better grab one quickly, as inventory and availability of various models can change at any time.
