Apple has just announced that it will be live streaming its event scheduled for Tuesday, September 9th. Viewing of the Apple live stream will require Safari 5.1.10 or later on OS X v10.6.8 or later; Safari on iOS 6.0 or later. Streaming via Apple TV requires second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 5.0.2 or later.
Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 6 on September 9. The new handsets are expected to include a fast A8 processor, a thinner more rounded body, and improved cameras on both models.
Apple will also reportedly be introducing the much anticipated “iWatch” wearable device, and possibly the next generation iPad Air at the September 9th event.
Apple’s event at the Flint Center in Cupertino, CA, will kick off at 10AM Pacific, 1PM Eastern Time. As usual, MacTrast will be watching the Apple live stream, and will be covering the event as it happens. Be there, or be square.
