Apple has seeded OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 Build 13F12 to developers today. Apple is asking developers to concentrate on testing USB, USB Smart Cards, Safari, Graphics, and Thunderbolt.
The new build is available via the “Update” tab in the Mac App Store, and also via a download link in the Mac Developer Center.
