Samsung Music (Music Hub) will be shut down on July 1st. An email to Samsung Music users said the service “will no longer be available” from July and noted more information about the closure was forthcoming.
TechRadar notes that Samsung has warned users to “take the time to download all purchased content and use any remaining vouchers for Samsung Music before July 1, 2014 – after that date they will no longer be available.”
I think the best comment regarding the Samsung Music shutdown came from Jim Dalrymple of The Loop, when he said: “Who fu#*ing knew there was such a thing.”
