Business Insider‘s Jay Yarow, (via MacRumors), has brought the world a photo of the first iOS 8 banner that has been hung at San Francisco’s Moscone Center in preparation for next week’s Apple Worldwide Developers Conference.
The banner depicts an “8” in a simple font superimposed over a watery background.
Apple is expected to debut iOS 8 during the Keynote opening of WWDC 2014. The company is also expected to introduce OS X 10.10, so we’ll keep an eye out for any shots of banners that might indicate what California location Apple will use to name the next iteration of OS X.
WWDC 2014 kicks off Monday, June 2 at 10AM Pacific / 1PM Eastern time. Apple will be live streaming the event, and we’ll be right here, covering the event for you, so be sure to come back to MacTrast on Monday for all our WWDC coverage.
