Apple has seeded build 13D45a of OS X 10.9.3 to developers, just short of a week after the release of the seventh OS X beta, build 13D43.
Apple is continuing to request that developers focus on Graphics Drivers, Audio, Mail, Contacts and Calendar sync over USB in iTunes, and Safari.
The beta is available to developers via the Update tab in the Mac App Store, and in the Mac Developer Center.
