The official YouTube page of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has posted a video of the Prime Minster’s meeting with Apple CEO Tim Cook at the company’s Cupertino headquarters on Wednesday.
AppleInsider first noticed the video, apparently taken by a member of Netanyahu’s delegation. Apple’s CEO and the Israeli PM met at the Apple Executive Briefing Center, where the two had a meeting over lunch.
While the details of the meeting are not known, Cook is heard mentioning “R&D skill” near the end of the video.
Apple currently has three R&D sites in Israel, including facilities in Ra’anana, Hafia and Herzliya. Apple increased its holdings in the country late last year, with the acquisition of Primesense, a company that creates sensors, hardware, and middleware for motion sensing and 3D scanning applications.
