At the time of this article, it is either at, or near lunchtime in the U.S. So, if you don’t have anything better to do with your lunch hour, “Jobs,” the Steve Jobs biopic that stars Ashton Kutcher as the late Apple co-founder, is now available for your viewing pleasure on Netflix.
Released to theaters in August 2013, the independent flick garnered mixed reviews, with some critics saying the biopic concentrated on Apple, and didn’t spend enough time on the main character of Jobs. MacRumors notes the film received a 27% approval rating among critics and a 41% audience approval rating on movie review site Rotten Tomatoes.
The film is also available for rental and purchase in the iTunes Store. If it seems like something you just HAVE to own.
(UPDATE – 3/25/14) – And suddenly “Jobs” is no longer available for streaming on Netflix. We’re not sure what happened, or how permanent the removal may prove to be. We’ll keep an eye on the Netflix page and let you know if Jobs becomes available again.
