Angry Birds Go! has “karted” its way onto iOS devices, as developer Rovio attempts to bring Mario Kart-like gameplay to Apple’s popular devices.

Set in a 3D Angry Birds world – a first for the iconic series – the game allows you to race as either birds or pigs in a wacky, downhill race to the finish.
Players can compete as Red, Chuck, Terence, Stella, King Pig, Moustache Pig and many other favorites characters.
Numerous racetracks and stunt roads – including air courses and off-road courses – throw unexpected challenges at you, while you attempt to take your opponents out using the unique powers of your character.
Of course, upgrades are available, which you can earn, or get the old-fashioned way, via in-app purchases, which range in price from $1.99 all the way up to $49.99 (Yes, I typed that correctly.)
The game also gives you access to “TOONS.TV,” which contains episodes of Angry Birds cartoons.
