MacPhun today has announced the release of Intensify Pro, a full featured photo editing software package for the Mac.
From the Intensify Pro website:
Special algorithms to prevent image artifacts, image layer stacking with opacity control, dozens of professionally created presets, adjustment brushes, RAW image support, vignettes and the ability to run as a standalone or as a plug-in for popular host applications all make Intensify Pro an essential part of your photo editing toolbox.
Intensify runs on Macs with OS X 10.7 (Lion) or higher. Features include: Dozens of professionally inspired presets – one click enhances your photos, Pro Contrast, Structure, Details and Micro Sharpness for image fine-tuning. You can also apply enhancements based on highlight, midtone and shadow tonal ranges. Or, use layers to creatively apply detail to specific parts of your image.
Intensify Pro can be run as standalone software by itself or as a plug-in to Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Elements and Aperture.
MacPhun will soon be releasing a version of Intensify in the Mac App Store for $39.95. The App Store version will lack the plug-in capabilities.
Intensify Pro can be purchased from the MacPhun website for $59.99 and includes the capabilities to also act as a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Elements and Aperture. A trial version is also available.
