Here we explore how the behemoth tech giant Apple stacks up against America’s favorite shiny fruit. In 2009 138,000 Apple iPads were created, a total worth of around $32 billion. The numbers are pretty outstanding if you compare these Apples to apples — in the same year, total production of the fruit panned out at around $30 billion. If it’s true that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, the world ought to have a pretty healthy outlook for the years to come.
