If you plan on ordering a gold iPhone 5s online, I hope you’re into anticipation and delayed gratification. Apple has updated their shipment times online, and gold models are showing that they won’t be ready until October!
Meanwhile, silver and space gray models won’t ship for seven to 10 days after an order is placed.
While Apple fans have lined up in the U.S. and abroad in order to snag a new iPhone 5s or 5c, reports say those wishing to strike gold are licking their pickaxes and exclaiming “NUTHIN!”
Some good news is on the horizon, as The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple has asked suppliers to increase the production of the gold model iPhone 5s by one-third after seeing the demand for the device.
