Gmail for iOS Updated – Tighter Google+ and Google Drive Integration, ‘Enhanced Attachment Experience’

Google has released version 2.4 of their Gmail app for iOS, which now includes tighter integration with Google Drive, the Google+ iOS app, and an “enhanced attachment experience.” From the App Store page:

What’s New in Version 2.4 Enhanced attachment experience – Larger image thumbnails open up into a full screen viewing experience. Better integration with Google apps – Google Drive and Google+ links go directly to the app, if installed. You can turn this off using the in-app settings.

Gmail for iOS is available now, and as always remains a FREE download in the App Store.
