We reported earlier this month that Apple was about to significantly revamp its online AppleCare portal. Today, Apple has rolled out their new AppleCare site, which includes 24/7 live chat support.
The new AppleCare website is easier for users to follow and it groups product categories in more understandable fashion. The new support site also makes it simpler for customers to identify the exact issues with their device.
The revamped site focuses on connecting a customer directly to an AppleCare support person. In-store Genius appointments are easily scheduled, or a user can access live chat support.
Apple’s live chat support covers both Mac and iOS device support any time of the day or night.
Most readers should see the AppleCare site, although some users were reporting they were still seeing the old site. Apple may be rolling the site out slowly to users to insure its proper operation.
