All Apple Developer Services Now Restored Following Security Breach, Free One-Month Extension Granted to Developers

Three weeks after Apple’s developer portal went offline on July 18th due to an apparent security breach, Apple has now informed developers that all developer services are finally back online for regular use. Apple has been slowly restoring the services since disclosing the security breach, with yesterday evening’s announcement marking the final steps.

In addition, Apple has decided to grant all members of their paid developer programs a full one-month extension on their subscriptions to account for the downtime. Apple’s developer status page has also been updated to reflect the updated online status of all services.

At last, after what has undoubtedly seemed like an eternity for developers who make a living from Apple’s developer program, access has finally been restored to perform other tasks essential to developing software for Apple’s various platforms.

Nice to see you up and running again, Apple Developer Center!
