Late yesterday evening, Apple made a huge announcement about their podcast program: they’ve now reached a whopping 1 billion podcast subscriptions through iTunes! Apple made the official announcement through their Podcasts page in the iTunes Store, and are celebrating the occasion by highlighting mane of their most popular podcasts in a new section of iTunes.
