With all of the recent talk about iOS 7, it’s only natural to want to try Apple’s beta out for yourself. However, unless you’re a developer, have paid a $99 fee to Apple, and registered your device on their developer portal, that’s not possible for most of us (at least, not ethically).
Fortunately, there’s good news. As noted by 9to5Mac, Recumbo has put together an extremely well made fully-interactive demo of iOS 7 on their website for those who want to check out iOS 7 without a developer account, and without risking your device! It’s a great way to get a taste of iOS 7 without dealing with any of the usual risk, bugs, and other issues. And besides that, it’s an impressive feat of web design!
I highly recommend checking out the Control Center, Notification Center, and Settings app, as they all offer some great new features and designs. To try it for yourself, just visit this link from a web browser on your Mac or iOS device. Enjoy!
Update: The original demo has been taken down from Recumbo’s site, but a fully functional copy can be found here.
