Amazon released a significant update for their Instant Video app on iOS, adding a number of new enhancements, such as simplified searching, and faster navigation of TV shows and movies, courtesy of a handy new navigation bar.

What’s New in Version 1.4.3
We’ve made it faster and easier to find the videos you want to watch, adding a dropdown menu on the homescreen providing access to dozens of movie and TV collections. We’ve also added more personalized carousels on the homescreen, and provided a new navigation bar on the browse screens allowing you to find and switch between the different TV and movie collections.
One thing not mentioned in the release notes is that the update also fixes a bug that caused videos to randomly stop playing periodically while streaming content. The update is available now as a free download through the App Store.
