Tim Cook Coffee Meeting Auction Ends With $610,000 Donated to Charity

Remember that auction that launched a while back for a coffee meeting with Tim Cook? The auction has now officially ended on CharityBuzz, bringing in a total of 86 bids, and closing at a whopping $610,000. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights. So far, the winner has chosen to remain anonymous.

Tim Cook and CharityBuzz originally hoped to raise at least $50,000 – and it’s great to see them exceed their goal by such a huge volume! The meeting will take place at a time decided between Cook and the winning bidder. We’ll let you know if we hear who the winner actually is! At any rate, it’s fantastic to see so much money going to a worthy cause.
