AT&T has announced the BlackBerry Z10 will be available on March 22nd. Pre-orders begin today, March 12th. The Z10, which is already available in Canada, the UK, and 20 other countries, will run the Blackberry faithful $199.99 with a two-year contract.
T-Mobile has also opened pre-orders for its business customers today at $249.99 on a two-year plan, though when it will officially go on sale to consumers remains unknown. Reuters hints that business customers could get deliveries by the end of this week. Verizon also has yet to announce when sales will begin, while Sprint announced last week that it won’t be offering the Z10 handset, but the keyboard-centric Q10 instead.
Official sales numbers for the Z10 haven’t been announced as of yet. CEO Thorsten Heins has said that the company does not want to announce sales figures until it has “observed the trend in sales.”
