Apple’s New iMacs Now Shipping ‘Within 24 Hours’ in U.S. and Canada Online Stores

It appears that Apple is finally catching up with demand for their ultra-thin new iMacs, despite facing initial production issues and supply constraints for the devices. After recently updating their iMac ship times to 1-3 days, Apple has now improved their estimates once again to reflect 24-hour ship times in their North American online stores.

Despite the near-immediate availability of iMacs in North America, Apple Online Stores in other regions (such as Europe) still show shipping delays of up to 1-2 week. Even so, that’s a remarkable improvement from the 5 week plus delivery times posted shortly after the new iMacs were launched! The changes are likely to roll across the rest of Apple’s online stores in the coming days.

If you haven’t already gotten your hands on one of Apple’s shiny, ultra-thin new iMacs, there’s no better time than the present! The new iMacs are also in stock for immediate delivery (and without sales tax in most states) from Amazon.com – might as well save yourself a few bucks!
