Apple Seeds 7th OS X 10.8.3 Beta to Developers

Continuing into what is likely their final testing of the update, Apple seeded a 7th beta build (12D54) of OS X 10.8.3 to developers today, just over a week after releasing the previous build. As with previous betas, the update lists no known issues, and developers are once again asked to focus on AirPlay, AirPort, Game Center, Graphics Drivers, and Safari as they test their apps against the new build.

The build contains significant changes related to WiFi (according to 9to5Mac), but otherwise appears quite minor in comparison to previous builds. Given the increasing frequency of Apple’s beta build releases, and the fact that this is already on the 7th beta, and it seems fair to say that Apple could release the update to the public literally any day now.

The update is available now through Software Update for those already testing 10.8.3, as well as direct download from Apple’s Mac Developer Center for paid Mac devs.
