Verizon Marks Its Two Year Anniversary Of 4G LTE

4G LTE is still in its relatively early stages, but exactly two years ago today, Verizon launched its 4G LTE network in the US. To celebrate, it has released some pretty impressive stats about it, showing just how far its come.

Verizon:

The changes in our mobile lifestyles since the introduction of 4G LTE in just the past two years are worth celebrating, and the advancements on the horizon are equally exciting.

Despite the high prices of 4G contracts, there are still 11 million 4G Verizon customers, which represents 35% of the company’s data traffic.

Those figures will only grow in the future as data plans become cheaper and more people join.
