When Apple first showed their MacBook Pro with Retina Display to the world, one of the apps they demoed was Adobe Photoshop. Many months went by with no update from Adobe – but now the moment Retina MacBook Pro owners have been waiting for has finally arrived! Earlier today, Adobe updated both Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with Retina Display support!
Adobe Illustrator and other Creative Suite 6 apps should also be getting Retina updates in the near future. The update is available now, and can be downloaded by launching Adobe Application Manager (for Creative Cloud subscribers), or by launching the app, selecting the Help menu from the menu bar, and selecting the Updates… option.
Enjoy – your eyes will thank you!
