Reports are coming in that those who preordered the iPad mini with Wi-Fi + Cellular are seeing their shipping notifications updated, first reports were showing a delivery date of November 21, with shipping to start in the next five business days.
The Apple Store is still showing the Wi-Fi + Cellular model of the mini will ship “mid-November”. Which seems to line up with the reports that are coming in.
Some Cult of Mac readers are reporting their delivery dates are showing next Friday, November 16th as the delivery date.
There have been predictions that iTunes 11 would ship by the 16th, which would line up with the delivery dates for the mini that readers are reporting. The iPad mini merely reports itself to iTunes as a regular iPad when plugged into iTunes. So, a version of iTunes that supports the mini would make sense in that time frame.
