For the first time in a long time (2010 to be exact), Apple will live stream today’s event via Apple TV, with users reporting that a new icon named ‘Apple Events’ has appeared on the device (via 9to5Mac). It is unclear if the streaming will also be available via Apple’s site or on iOS devices, but right now I’m jealous of anyone who has an Apple TV.
Users can tune into their Apple TVs at 10:00AM PDT when the event starts to catch, but it will also be available to watch later on, as are all the other latest Apple keynotes (as you can see above).
We’ll keep you posted if Apple posts a link to a live stream or if anything else happens as far as that’s concerned. Whatever happens though, that shouldn’t stop you from staying tuned to Mactrast. We’ll have extensive coverage of the event, and you can check out the latest using our iPad mini event tag!
UPDATE: Apple has now also made the stream available online on its Events page! When the time comes you’ll be able to view it here!
