JD Power and Associates has released their latest Customer Satisfaction Survey for smartphone providers, and has once again ranked the iPhone as #1 in customer satisfaction. This marks the eighth time in a row that Apple has taken the top spot.

For the eighth consecutive study, Apple ranks highest among manufacturers of smartphones in customer satisfaction. Apple achieves a score of 849 and performs well in all factors, particularly in physical design and ease of operation. HTC (790) follows Apple in smartphone rankings.
HTC comes in second, while Samsung slid to third place – below the overall average of the survey. Once again, Apple’s customer service stands as a shining example to the rest of the industry!
