It seems that Apple has nearly caught up on demand for their new MacBook Pro with Retina display, and shipping times at the Apple Online Store have now improved to just 5-7 business days (down from the previous 1-2 week estimate).
The improvement comes after Apple added additional customization options to the low-end Retina MacBook Pro yesterday, allowing users to upgrade RAM, processor, and flash storage without having to move up to the $2800 model.
It’s good to see supplies for the Retina MacBook Pro improve – it’s come a long way since the one month and longer wait times the device initially saw!
